waterlilyWaterlily Daily Antioxidant Skin Boost 100ml

What is it? 'A lightweight nutrient rich skin treatment bursting with potent antioxidant vitamins and exotic extracts of white tea, carrot and pomegranate to protect, repair and balance a lacklustre complexion. A skin tonic rich in essential oils of Peru balsam, citrus rind and French lavender to recondition skin delivering visible results'.

She says: This skin treatment for face and neck feels deliciously rich and moisturising. It's a whipped egg yolk colour with the scent of French lavender and almonds. Ingredients include vitamin E, vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), green tea and white tea extracts and a blend of essential oils (lime, French lavender, grapefruit, and peru balsam). A small amount goes a long way and it's not at all greasy. It left my face feeling fresh and deeply moisturised. I also liked the solid metallic pump pack with a well fitting lid - good for packing for travel.

Waterlily Rejuvenating White Tea Eye Cremewaterlily 15ml

What is it? ' A rejuvenating formulation with anti-ageing essential oils and potent vitamins A, E and B5 to combat fine lines and wrinkles. Skin tone and texture is visibly firmer with fortifying extracts of white tea, rosehip and black currant. A deeply replenishing daily eye treatment to leave skin nourished improving hydration, condition and vitality'.

She says: I don't know if eye creams really do help to slow the wrinkling process, but even if they don't, I love this eye creme. I'm a bit of a sucker for rose scents and this formulation has nicely balanced the Moroccan rose and rose geranium scent with hints of rosehip and apricot. It also contains jojoba and vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) - though the package doesn't give enough information to know whether the concentration of retinyl palmitate is acutally going to make a difference to my wrinkles. Nevertheless, the pale yellow cream leaves my eye area feeling soft and - yes - rejuvenated.

Waterlily Palmarosa & Geranium Hydrating Milk Cleanser 125ml

waterlily

What is it? 'A rich blend of hydrating botanicals to cleanse and repair. Jojoba infused with rose geranium and palmarosa balance the skin's natural oils while purifying extracts of pineapple, lemon and green tea effectively remove make up and grime to reveal a dewy youthful complexion. A replenishing blend of rose, calendula and apricot leave skin moisturised and baby soft. A formula gentle enough to use for eye makeup removal while conditioning the eye lashes'.

She says: I used this product after a day at the beach. I loved the rose scent and the milky feel as it went on my skin. A little went a long way. There's always a sense of getting one's money's worth when your cotton pad comes out blackened with the day's toxins - salt, sand, and sunscreen. Cleansed and rinsed, my skin felt soft and the scent of rose lingered.

Waterlily Clarifying Fruit Gommage 100ml

waterlily What is it? 'Crushed hibiscus peppered in a blend of exotic enzyme-rich fruit extracts whipped into a pink French clay crème to gently refine, clarify and brighten the complexion. An innovative treatment combining the benefits of a smoothing exfoliant and replenishing masque to deliver optimum results for even the most sensitive of skin types'.

She says: Initally, I wasn't really sure what a gommage was, and I wasn't sure whether to put it on my face or my body. So I looked it up and found that a gommage was a bit like a masque. It's a light brown cream and smells better than most masques. The consistency is thick and rich, like whipped butter. I smothered it on my face and neck and waited the recommended 10 minutes. To my relief, the masque did not stiffen up and it washed off easily. My skin felt definately cleaner. I followed up with Waterlily's Daily Antioxident Skin Boost. I liked it a lot, and would certainly use it from time to time.
