On The Park Rejuvenation is a convenient city sanctuary located on the top floor of Sheraton on the Park, Sydney’s award-winning five star hotel. The treatment rooms in our Day Spa overlook the stunning but peaceful backdrop of Hyde Park and Sydney Harbour.

The Spa
On The Park Rejuvenation is a place for you to relax, rejuvenate and be inspired to maintain good health, inner balance and well being.
Our goal is to nurture, balance and restore your physical and emotional health. Our range of treatments, products and skilled therapists provide the opportunity for you to reconnect and refocus on what is most important for you in your life.
Amongst the many body treatment options is the Lemongrass Salt Glow, a deeply exfoliating spa ritual used to create smooth silky skin. Enjoy a stimulating blend of Australian washed mineral salts infused with nourishing cold pressed plant oils and vitamins to instantly revitalise skin tone, texture and hydration. Your skin is smoothed to a radiant glow and finished with a replenishing green tea and lemongrass rich moisture treatment.
Or, try one of our supremely pampering Spa Experience Packages. One of these is the Day of Indulgence (lasting five hours and 15 minutes). This includes a 15 minute steam, a Rejuven-Essence Body Treatment, a 60-minute Relaxation Massage, a Skin Rescue Facial or Men’s Rejuvenation Facial, an Express Manicure and Express Pedicure, and a healthy lunch from our Poolside Menu.
Another option is the Couples Celebration Package, which involves a choice of either a 60 minute Massage or a 60 minute Facial per person, with a Champagne Traditional High Tea for two in the Gallery Tea Lounge.
All skin and body treatments include complimentary use of the wonderful 12-metre-long heated indoor pool, the jacuzzi, steam rooms and sauna rooms, an outdoor deck overlooking Sydney Harbour, and a relaxation area.
To make your treatment even more memorable why not combine it with a High Tea experience in the chic Galley Tea Lounge or enjoy the sumptuous seafood buffet at Botanica Brasserie.
