Thredbo, the All Season Resort, has the highest elevation ski lift and the longest ski and snowboard runs in Australia. It's the ultimate Australian winter playground.

The most recognised and renowned ski area in Australia, Thredbo’s location and elevation makes it perfect for plenty of natural snow. The highlight of a days skiing at Thredbo is the Crackenback Supertrail, a 5.7km run from the highest lifted point in Australia to the base. The panoramic view from the top is magnificent.

If you want to stop for refreshments on the way down, Black Sallees, Eagles Nest and the legendary Kareela Hut provide the sustenance to continue to the bottom. Intermediates have a great range of terrain to choose from in the Merritts area with highlights being Exhibition and The Falls. Merritts restaurant next to the Cruiser chairlift provides and excellent venue for lunch or relaxing in the sun with a schnapps or warm gluwein. Of the advanced runs, Funnel Web, Cannonball and Michael’s Mistake are the pick of the bunch.
